Bridgegap Limited Sub-contracted by Wates Construction to carryout full and final decorations to all 198 apartments.
Project works consisted of:
Diamond Matt coatings to communal areas
Dulux Trade Interior Matt coating in various finishes to individual apartments
Anti-fungal coating to bathrooms and wet-rooms
Vinyl Matt to back walls in stair wells
Metal shield coating to stair railings
Anti-slip fibre-grip system to stair nosing
